How long does shipping take for international orders?

What is Epomaker's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your item back.
Do your mechanical keyboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all Epomaker keyboards come with a standard one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user modification, spills, or improper maintenance.
Can I swap the switches on my keyboard?
Many of our models feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to change switches without soldering. Please check the specific product page for your model to confirm if it supports hot-swapping.
